When going to the closing table, just a few things are a must. 

Here is what I bring to the table when I represent:

*99% on-time arrival and will contact the signer if I am running late.

*Professionally dressed. With a name tag, ID and pleasant personality

*Printed Documents according to PDF size

*Documents are not printed double-sided

* Signer is provided with a copy of the documents

*When required, scan backs in PDF in the order received

*Documents dropped on time for next-day delivery for all closings completed by 5 pm

*Signers are not rushed or pressured to sign

*Legal advice is not provided

*Notarizations are performed a the signing table

*NNA Code of Ethics is followed

*State Statute for Notaries is followed

*US Patriot Act form is completed

*Complete entry in Notary Journals with Fingerprint

*Will travel to hospitals, prisons, jails, retirement centers, etc.

*Very patient with the elderly and/or handicapped
